Hey Friends! Yesterday was definitely a Monday! Luckily, I work at an amazing pediatric clinic and we have a therapy dog that comes in to Calm the patients... and the staff!

This is Maverick and he is definitely a good boy! 

This past weekend I have been working on holiday classes. I have my monthly class coming up this week, Thursday at 6:30 pm. I have a few seats available and I would love if you could make it! This month we are using the "baby wipe" technique and playing with a few sets from the holiday catalog! We are also having an amazing deal on designer series paper this month, so I made sure to include some of the amazing prints in this month's creations as well! I know, I know- the big box stores have been running sales too and they may even sound better than what we are promoting. QUALITY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN QUANTITY!! 

Perhaps you can get more sheets of paper for your money in the big box stores, BUT 

1. you wouldn't be supporting local business

Peek at the August class

If you are coming  to my August card class then you will be able to make this card with me! I felt like mixing the old with the new when I designed this card. I absolutely love our new nautical set Sailing Home with the sailboats and the anchor, but I still love the words that are in the original lighthouse stamp set, High Tide. This was a simple layout which featured the banner triple punch ( why are the words backwards, I feel like it should be called the triple banner punch.. alas I did not name the product). The banner triple punch was designed to assist with making banners without having to fuss with getting the corners straight, it does all the work for you, which is great because banners and I do not get along! The banner punch is designed to accommodate banners that are 1 inch, 1 1/2 inches and 2 inches wide.
